Extended Description
--------------------

The adamantium refining market took a huge leap forward in 2781 when the government declassified its components, allowing a huge number of private sector scientists to work on simplifying the process. The subsequent shortage of vibranium, a key component in adamantium, riddled the galaxy with silent refineries awaiting stockpile deliveries from light years away. This particular venue, manufactured by Vertigo Mining Systems, was one of the first shut down and has been a staple tourney destination for several years.

Author's Notes
--------------

PLEASE NOTE: This is an UNAUTHORIZED REMAKE of DM-Vertigo by Saiko for Q3. I have tried to contact him many different ways.

saiko@q3levels.com
saiko@planet.nl
asav@wanadoo.nl

His website, www.q3levels.com, seems to be shut down.

i have left a comment on this page: http://lvlworld.com/comments.php?id=797

I have also posted threads at planetquake, the rocketeer forums, and the atari-INA forums.

I even tried the ICQ# found on rocketeer forums for Saiko, but i never found him online.

I hope this remake doesn't offend Saiko in any way as I'm not trying to steal his work. He created an awesome layout and I wanted to reproduce it in UT2004.

I converted this map by exporting the original DM-Vertigo from the Radiant editor into 3DSMax. I created a mesh of the entire level from that. Then i imported that mesh into UED and subtracted BSP using that mesh as a template. After I had the basic layout done, I rescaled the BSP to fit in with UT2004 movement.
